The cider and perry list is now available. Once again, this is the largest selection of traditional cider and perry ever offered at Reading. We have about 160 in total, over 120 ciders and about 35 perries from 27 counties.

This year the cider and perry bar is in the tent furthest from the entrance. We needed room to extend the bar because cider and perry sales have been increasing rapidly over the last few years. We have increased both the range and volume this year, so hopefully there will be plenty left on the Sunday.

For the sixth year, Reading Beer and Cider Festival is proud to be hosting CAMRA?s National Champion Cider and Perry Judging. The gold silver and bronze ciders and perries will be announced at about 3.30pm on Saturday ? will you agree with the judges? decisions?

If you have some time free on Friday between 12 and 4pm then you can volunteer to take part in a preliminary judging panel. The only qualification is liking cider or perry. If you want to join in, go to the cider and perry bar and you?ll be allocated to a panel and given a time for judging. Each panel takes about 45 minutes.
