Music
Thanks for the many and varied submissions for playing at the beer festival this year. We had over 100 e-mails!
After listening to many bands and seemingly living on Myspace and the internet quite a while, we have now made our choices. To those who have not been selected, sorry, we can only suggest you come along to hear what we did book in the end.
Unfortunately the outside busking stage had to be cancelled but we hope to resurrect the idea next year when we will have sorted out the licensing issues.
Meanwhile thanks again.

Thursday
As always, Thursday is a quiet day for those that like to enjoy their pint in peace. On other days, you always have a choice of one tent with music and another without.
Friday
Friday has two music sets.
Early evening: Smokey Bastard
A very popular local punk folk rock band with a large following in the area.
Late evening: Ding Dong Daddios
Another very popular local band making a welcome return to the festival with music from the swing heydays of the 40s and 50s.
Saturday
All evening: Doreen Doreen
A Bristol based band performing covers in their own imaginative style, providing one long set which is guaranteed to get the festival dancing.
Sunday
Nothing official planned, but there's often a wandering minstrel or two!
